Main structure
Adopts a beam-moving structure, which is composed of essential components including the worktable, bed, column, headstock, pneumatic system, lubrication system, cooling and filtration system, chip removal device, operation panel, and electrical control system. This robust structure lays a solid foundation for stable and precise machining operations.
Each coordinate axis is defined as:
X-axis: The crossbeam moves longitudinally forward and backward, ensuring smooth and accurate positioning along the longitudinal direction.
Y-axis: The saddle moves laterally left and right along the crossbeam, providing flexible lateral movement for machining different positions of the workpiece.
Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4 axes: The headstock can move vertically up and down on the saddle either arbitrarily or synchronously, enabling simultaneous machining of multiple workpieces or different features of a single workpiece with high precision.
B-axis (optional): It can rotate around the Y-axis, expanding the machine’s machining capabilities to handle complex angular machining tasks.
Machine Feature
- Overhead crane structure. An alternative to European imported multi-spindle machine tools.
Standard configuration: BT40/12000RPM mechanical spindle; 12000rpm/20000rpm electric spindle optional; BT30 spindle optional. - Simultaneous processing of four identical products across four heads, achieving 3.5-4 times the throughput while maintaining lower labor, rent, and utility costs compared to four machines.
- Equipped with our independently developed tool magazine, each head has 27 tools, totaling 108 tools (patent pending).
- Spindle torque: 70NM; Rigid tapping capacity: M12 (theoretical value: M14, carbon steel); worktable load capacity: 800kg, meeting high-rigidity machining requirements.
- We can provide customized services based on customer machining requirements, such as automated fixture design,4-axis and 5-axis can be customized.
